Medical Providers access the system at https://owcpmed.dol.gov to:
Check Eligibility - Learn if a patient is covered for a particular procedure. Providers may print a denial letter if the service is not covered by the Federal Black Lung Program.
Check Bill Payment - Learn status of submitted bills. Providers can view Remittance Vouchers (RVs).
Conduent continues to provide OWCP pharmacy bill processing services and is utilizing a new web address URL (https://owcprx.dol.gov) and new mailing address. See below.
